The "health capital" metric is a simplified, illustrative estimate based on population-level research and your self-reported habits — it is not a prediction of your actual lifespan or health outcome, and it should not be used to make medical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with questions about your health.

No guarantee of results

We make no guarantee that following any suggestion in the App will produce any particular health outcome. Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

Your data, your device

You are responsible for the security of the device on which you use the App, since most of your data is stored there. We recommend not using the App on a shared or public device if you do not want others to see your entries.

Account termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are used fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of these Terms.
